Submission Guidelines
Please read these rules carefully to ensure a smooth and timely refund process.
Order Form Submission
- The Order Form must be filled out on the SAME DAY the order is placed.
- Late submissions (1-2 days) will only be considered in exceptional cases.
Refund Form Deadlines
Deadlines are calculated from the date the order was placed:
- For Order/Rating Deals, the form must be filled within 15 days.
- For Review Deals, the form must be filled within 20-25 days.
- Failure to meet these deadlines will result in no refund.
Penalties for Late Forms
The following penalties will be applied to the original refund value for late submissions:
